Based in Liverpool, UK, Redeemer Aid is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit-making charitable company formed with the intention of creating opportunities for young people as well as those disadvantaged or marginalised from society, and to create a sense of hope in the lives of those who might have concluded that ‘all is lost’.

The Charity was formed as a result of the Trustees concerns about the lack of engagement between individuals and communities, and in many cases the absence of 'neighbourliness', the sense of 'neighbourhood' and the positive contribution this can make to a community. The Trustees are also concerned about the need to bolster confidence, empower and create a sense of purpose in lives of young people on the margins of society, and to help them find a place in the competitive world of work.
